It is time to mark your calendars and register for the 26th Southern Section of the AOAC International Meeting held on April 30 and May 1, 2012. Our association of Chemists and Microbiologists will be counting on you, our loyal vendors, to again support and instruct us at our annual meeting held in Atlanta, GA. We have approximately 180 attendees representing state and federal government Labs, academia, and private industry laboratory managers coming from all over the Southeast as well as Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. Please register as soon as possible to assure your company will be represented.
On April 30, workshops will be held. If your company would be interested in presenting a 45 min technical workshop at our 2012 meeting please contact me: (Note: new contact - Sherry Garris)

The technical workshops are very popular with exhibitors, so please register for your booth and workshop ASAP since we only have space for 6 Chemical and 6 Microbiological workshops!!
Attached you will find the registration form and meeting announcement. Please e-mail or fax the completed registration form to my attention.
Send your check for $500.00 per booth space and $625.00 per workshop to me as indicated on the registration form. Check out our website www.ssaoac.com for more information about SS AOAC.
The cost to sponsor a break is $500.00 and $1600.00 to co-sponsor the reception.
